The death of Philando Castile as the result of a police shooting during a traffic stop in the suburbs of St. Paul, Minnesota, has triggered the current conversation about race in America. His death has not been forgotten by the people of The Twin Cities who have left homemade signs and sidewalk messages at both the scene of the shooting and outside of the governor’s mansion in St. Paul.
