What Had Happened Was: 12/8/16
Oh, you don’t know? We got you.
Wednesday night, the Golden State Warriors destroyed the Los Angeles Clippers, 115-98, thanks in part to 85 points from its starting lineup. The Clippers didn’t look that sharp, as they shot just 39.6 percent from the field. Yikes.

It was so much fun watching the Warriors play tonight because they are one of best passing teams in the NBA!

on paper the clippers should be a matchup nightmare (for the most part) for the warriors, yet they looked like a d-league team in this game

I guess the Clippers have to go back to the drawing board to prepare for the next meeting.
Former Chicago Cubs pitcher Aroldis Chapman is making that money, fam. He’s going to be a New York Yankee once again.
BREAKING: Chapman to #Yankees, five years, $86M.

$119.2M career earnings for Aroldis Chapman, who's never made MLB start, will be FA again age 33. Teach your kids to throw 103 left-handed.
— Drew Silva (@drewsilv) December 8, 2016
Chapman pitched 313.2 innings in the past five years. If he repeats that, he'll get $274K or so per inning for the next five.
